The Idaho Democratic Party (IDP) is seeking a highly motivated and organized Development Director to lead fundraising efforts, manage financial operations, and ensure the Party’s long-term financial health. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic fundraising plan, managing relationships with donors, assisting with budgeting and cash flow, and assisting with compliance with state and federal campaign finance laws. This position works closely with the Executive Director, Party leadership, and staff to maintain and grow financial resources that support the Party’s mission of electing Democrats at all levels in Idaho.

The Idaho Democratic Party is seeking college students and recent graduates to join our internship program. Our program provides hands-on experience and helps interns build the skills and connections needed for careers in political organizing, public service, and advocacy. Interns will work closely with IDP staff to increase voter outreach, organize data, and help elect Democrats across Idaho. Participants will gain practical experience in key areas of political work, including field organizing, communications, research, and campaign operations.
