Hailey Field Organizer
The Idaho Democratic Party is hiring Field Organizers for the 2026 Coordinated Campaign to help elect Democrats in battleground districts and expand the volunteer base. Field Organizers will work under the supervision of the Field Director and will be assigned to a designated legislative district to maximize voter engagement and turnout throughout the 2026 election cycle. This is a temporary, full-time position running from June 2026, through November 2026.
This role will be based in Legislative District 26 (Hailey, Idaho).
Voter Contact Coordinator
The Idaho Democratic Party is hiring a full-time Voter Contact Coordinator for the 2026 Coordinated Campaign. This is a newly created statewide role designed to expand professional voter-contact capacity for all Coordinated Campaign participants, including candidates, county parties, and legislative district committees—particularly those without dedicated Field Organizers.
The Voter Contact Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Coordinated Campaign Field Director and will provide technical, data, and logistical support for voter contact programs across Idaho. This position ensures that phonebanks, door-knocking turfs, and voter contact universes are targeted, effi cient, and professionally executed throughout the 2026 election cycle.
This is a full-time position based in Boise, Idaho, running from May 2026, through November 2026.
Voter Outreach Specialist
The Idaho Democratic Party is hiring Voter Outreach Specialists for the 2026 Coordinated Campaign to support voter outreach and turnout efforts in targeted counties across the state. Voter Outreach Specialists will play a critical role in engaging voters, expanding the Democratic base, and supporting Democratic candidates through direct voter contact.
Voter Outreach Specialists will work under the supervision of the Coordinated Campaign Field Director and Regional Field Directors and will be assigned to specific counties or turf areas to maximize voter engagement throughout the 2026 election cycle. This is a temporary, part-time position with varied timelines by location running from June 2026, through November 2026.
Positions are available in Ada, Bannock, Blaine, Bonneville, Canyon, Jerome, Kootenai, Latah, Lewis, Nez Perce, Shoshone, Teton, and Valley counties.

The Idaho Democratic Party is building a resume bank for campaign and party staff positions for the 2026 election cycle. We are seeking qualified applicants interested in working on Democratic campaigns across Idaho in a variety of roles, including field, communications, finance, and administration.
