Become a Precinct Captain, Vice PC, or a Precinct Partner! Precinct captains are elected every 2 years during the primary elections. PCs can also be appointed at other times with a vote of the current precinct captains.
District 19 is divided into 25 precincts, and we currently have precinct captains for 17 of them and six vice pcs. Precinct partners help their precinct captain connect with neighbors on their block.

The number one task for precinct captains is to connect with Democratic voters in your precinct to share information about candidates, voting, and upcoming elections. District 19 precinct captains meet on the first Wed of each month at Cobby’s on Chinden Blvd from 5:30-6:30 pm.
