The Ada County Democrats invite you to an informational session on the 2025 Boise Clean Water, Pathways, and Open Space Levy, slated for the November 4, 2025 ballot. During the session, attendees will learn how this proposed $11 million levy would continue our community’s legacy of conserving open space, protecting clean water, expanding public access to parks and pathways, and reducing wildfire risk through responsible land management.

We’ll highlight how past levies have preserved thousands of acres—from the Boise Foothills to river corridor reserves—and fostered the “10-minute walk” park-to‑home vision .

This session will also provide information on the levy’s impact on your property tax, oversight and transparency measures, including audited spending, and the role of local civic leadership in shaping Boise’s outdoor legacy. Come engage, ask questions, and learn how you can help protect the open spaces that make Boise thrive.
