I am a fifth generation Idahoan who cares deeply for this state. I was born and raised in the potato farming town, Blackfoot, Idaho where I was fortunate to attend excellent public schools. I followed my high school sweetheart to the Palouse to go to the University of Idaho, we have stayed for most of the last twenty years and have chosen to raise our children – 3 and 7 – in this beautiful, safe, and neighborly place. I am running because Idaho families deserve good communities, daycare, and schools for their children, whether they live in the Valley, the Palouse, Clearwater Canyon, or wooded lands.
