Idaho Dems: Meet Idaho-Born True Blood Actress Tara Buck at BSU Game

Stars are bright in Idaho and one of our very own is coming home to help Idaho Dems and to enjoy a some football: Broncos & Donkeys on the Blue.

Please join the Idaho Democratic Party in welcoming home Tara Buck, who played Ginger in every season of HBO’s hit “True Blood.” Buck was born in Ketchum and has made a great career in acting world. She is helping the Idaho Democratic Party raise the money we need to turn voters out in November. (Thank you, Tara!)

There will be THREE different events to enjoy the company of fellow of Idaho Dems and to hang out with Tara Buck:

1) A tailgate party with Tara Buck

2) Dinner in the skybox with Tara Buck

3) 50 yard line seats with Tara Buck

Tara Buck

Idaho-born actress Tara Buck has a reputation for her raw portrayal of life’s underdogs. She is a powerhouse, transformative character actress with an eclectic resume that runs the gamut of genres. Whether appearing in television, film, or theatre productions, Tara brings raw emotion and years of expertise to her roles

Tara is best known for her roles as the barmaid “Ginger” in HBO’s hit show True Blood and Nip/Tuck as the attention seeking “Rhea Reynolds”. Tara has also guest-starred on Bones, Justified, The Closer, Criminal Minds, Cold Case, Southland, The Shield and The X-Files to name just a few.

Tara lives in Los Angeles with her husband, professional musician Chris Pierce. They are co-owners of a boutique wine label called Ledbetter. Ledbetter wines can be found in some of the best restaurants in California.
