Mistie DelliCarpini-Tolman is the Idaho State Director for Planned Parenthood Alliance Advocates. A Political Science graduate of Boise State University, she has worked for a decade within the coalition working to add the words “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” to the Idaho Human Rights Act, and was Co-Chair of Add the Words, Idaho for five years before coming to Planned Parenthood. She lives in Meridian, Idaho with her wife, pets, and an ever-rotating group of her children.

We do this by advocating for public policies that guarantee the right to choice and full and nondiscriminatory access to reproductive health care, and fostering and preserving a social and political climate favorable to the exercise of reproductive choice through voter education, candidate endorsement and other means.
