Nominations for Frank and Bethine Church Gala

Do you know a hardworking teacher, activist, or volunteer that we can honor this year at
our Frank and Bethine Church Gala?

We are currently accepting nominations of activists, volunteers, and teachers to receive a Premier Ticket Package to our Gala this year

(and all expenses paid, if necessary). 

Please send your nomination to Marie Hattaway at marie@idahodems.org.  Tell us:
1) the name of your nominee,
2) their contact info, and
3) in 250 words or less, why you believe they should be honored.

Also if you are able, please help sponsor these deserving individuals!  We will honor as many nominees as we can afford to.  Feel free to donate any amount that is comfortable for you.
$ 10, 25 or 50 dollars will help cover the costs of gas for those traveling.
$ 89 will help cover the cost of the hotel room for a night.
$125 will sponsor 1 Premier Ticket Package.
$1250 will sponsor a full table (10 honorees).

As a Premier Ticket Holder, honorees will receive free admission to the Gala, a personalized autographed copy of Chris Carlson’s book – Cecil Andrus: Idaho’s Greatest Governor, a picture with Gov. Cecil Andrus & Chris at the event, and they may be the lucky winner of the drawing to join Cecil and Chris at the head table.  We will also use this fund to help with any traveling and room & board costs for those individuals who will need to travel to the event.
