Community leaders running as Democrats all over Idaho

“The people of Idaho will have excellent choices on the ballot this year because community leaders have answered the call to run and serve, and they have done so as Democrats,” said Keith Roark, chairman of the Idaho Democratic Party.

“Republicans have made a mess of Idaho’s economy and have put the jobs, the education and the quality of life of Idahoans at risk. Republicans are great at grandstanding and filing law suits, but they have no vision or plan to create jobs and have refused to protect Idaho’s schools and colleges. Idaho Democrats know how to solve problems and that is what this election will be about.”
“We have a strong team of diverse candidates and I have tremendous appreciation for their willingness to run tough campaigns and to serve all the people of Idaho,” Roark said.

•    Rep. Walt Minnick is our candidate for re-election in the 1st Congressional District.
•    Mike Crawford is our candidate in the 2nd Congressional District
•    Tom Sullivan is our candidate for the US Senate.
•    Stan Olson is our candidate for State Superintendent of Public Instruction.
•    Bruce Robinett is our candidate for State Controller.
•    Eldon Wallace is our candidate for Lt. Governor.
•    Mack Sermon is our candidate for Secretary of State.

It takes a lot of courage to run as a Democrat in many parts of Idaho. Your help early in the campaign will make a big difference.
